View DetailsCapacities below are the figures published on each product page. If your target output sits between two models, tell us the batch size and shift pattern — the right answer is often the smaller machine running two shifts rather than the larger one running one.
| Product line | Models | Capacity | Typical application | Certification |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hard capsule filling | NJP-800 / 1200 / 2000 / 3800 | 30,000–228,000 caps/h | Powder, pellet, combination | CE, cGMP |
| Softgel encapsulation | RG-100 / 300 / 500 / 8800 | 5,000–60,000 caps/h | Oil, paste, suspension fills | CE, cGMP, ISO |
| Tablet compression | ZP-19 / 35 / 45 | 50,000–400,000 tablets/h | Single and double layer | CE, cGMP |
| Purified water | PW-500 / 2000 / 5000 + WFI | 250–5,000 L/h | PW and WFI for solid and liquid dosage | GMP, FDA-ready docs |
| Metal can & lid | YC-60 / 150 / 300 | 60–300 cans/min | Food, beverage, aerosol | CE, ISO |
| Plastic tube | YG-120 / 200 | 60–150 pcs/min | ABL/PBL tubes, cosmetic and pharma | CE |
Start with three numbers. Required output per hour, batch size, and the floor space you actually have. Most bad purchases come from buying on maximum rated capacity and then running small batches: a large machine becomes a liability in cleaning, changeover and validation instead of an asset.
Then check what is written down. GMP-compliant construction, 316L product-contact parts, a stated filling or dosing accuracy, and a changeover time your operators can reproduce. Ask for a specification sheet with numbers and material certificates — not a brochure.
Finally, match the machine to your site. Voltage and frequency differ across markets (Saudi Arabia runs 60 Hz, most Gulf states 50 Hz), ambient temperature can reach 45 °C, and a softgel line needs chilled water the plant must be able to supply. Utilities are decided before the machine arrives, not after.
Every line ships with the documentation an inspection expects: CE declaration, ISO 9001 certificate, material certificates, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, FAT report, electrical drawings and a spare-parts list. If your project needs a regional configuration — 60 Hz build, high-ambient panel cooling, SASO/SABER documents — start from our Gulf & Middle East page, which covers those requirements in detail.
Send the product, target output and destination port. You get model selection, a 50 Hz or 60 Hz configuration, CIF pricing and a delivery schedule — usually within one working day.
