5-step process for precise capsule production
Medical-grade gelatin/HPMC is heated and injected into precision molds to form uniform capsule bodies and caps. Temperature control (±0.5°C) ensures consistent wall thickness.
Our servo-driven auger filling system delivers precise powder doses into capsule bodies. Weight check sensors provide real-time feedback, adjusting fill volume to maintain ±1% accuracy.
Capsule caps are automatically aligned and pressed onto bodies using calibrated pressure (adjustable 50-200N) to ensure airtight sealing without damaging the capsule material.
Automated vision systems inspect 100% of capsules for defects: broken caps, under/over-filled capsules, and improper sealing. Defective units are automatically rejected.
Approved capsules are sorted by size and weight, then transferred to blister packaging lines or bulk containers. Output rates up to 500 capsules/minute.
